Shipping policy

At Breakfastmeal, we strive to make the delivery of your orders as smooth and timely as possible. The average handling time for your orders is one business day. All orders placed prior to 2pm EST will be shipped out on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm EST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed and shipped out the following business day. 

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary details for tracking your package.

For items that are backordered, we will keep you informed via email about when the item becomes available again.

Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders (tax excluded). We collect federal and provincial sales tax on all orders within Canada. 

Checking Order Status

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email from us with a tracking number and all relevant shipping information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't noticed any shipping updates with your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@breakfastmeal.ca with your name and order number, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
